Why do you change my wife's Account Number and the ID every time she is seen by her doctor? You do not include payment envelopes with your bill. You want me to pay electronically. But if I don't have her newest Account Number, I am not allowed to make a payment!!!

Sunday August 19, 2018. I was traveling on my motorcycle toward Pittsfield from Newport around 3:15ish and one of the Ambalance Drivers pulled out in front of me thinking they might of had time. Well guess what no they didn’t I had to hit my breaks and down shift so I wouldn’t run into the back of said vehicle. Then as we aproched the hospital they turned in with out using their blinker. Maybe it was a burnt out bulb but I doubt that. I believe it was a lazy driver. If I ever get hurt in your area I will request Delta and br... read more

Run very far away from this place if you value your health at all! Yesterday 2\17\18, my grand daughter was brought in with a high fever, extremely sore throat and red dots all over her. NO, let me repeat, NO testing was done on her. Not even a check in the ears. Said there was no need for testing even after her father asked for a strep test. They sent her home. Luckily she was then brought to Thayer and they DID do testing. Guess what Sebasticook??? She's got a double ear infection which no one bothered to look for, strep t... read more

Great hospital and staff. Would pick this hospital over Eastern Maine or St. Joe's any day.

My son was brought in by ambulance because of repeat grand mal seizures and unconsciousness while enroute to an appt with his neurosurgeon in Bangor. I cannot thank everyone enough! I was a complete awful, panicked mess, and they immediately understood the crisis he was in. Did everything right, stabilized him, and helped to calm me down and keep me informed. Thank you!

I was transferred to SVH from Eastern Maine and stayed their for a couple of weeks. To my surprise, the hospital stay was fantastic (considering the circumstances). Both the RN's and CNA's made sure that I was taken care of. Unlike EMMC, they are very thorough in keeping their patients comfortable both physically and mentally. They even have volunteers and staff who come in just to play a game of cards, or make small talk. It made me change the way I felt about long term hospital visits. Much love to everyone who took the ti... read more

With nurses like Kim in the Er We will never go back. Completely rude unprofessional and nasty attitude. I don't think she even knows what compassion is. Please train your staff better. My dog and baby have more compassion than that woman. Some people should not be nurses
