I had a very disappointing experience with this repair shop. They changed parts that were not included in the original repair estimate and did so without my prior authorization. They then used those additional repairs to significantly increase the final bill. A trustworthy repair shop should always explain why any extra work is needed and obtain the customer's approval before replacing parts or charging additional costs. This is the only shop i bring my vehicles for repairs. Very Honest about the vehicles issues, He do not gouge his customers on repair cost! My car had broke down on me which put my job at stake, and Sebastians was the only shop that was Honest about the problem & made it affordable so I could get back on the road. This shop do the work you need or ask for & Do it Right the first time!
