I would like to give a huge compliment to Shadia at the Sebastian Quality Storage, Florida. My credit card got "hacked" and Shadia helped to make the transition to my new card extremely smooth! Thank you very much for being super patient and making things easy for this tech deficient dinosaur! This is the second time I have needed assistance from the Sebastian Quality Storage staff and both times I have been extremely satisfied. They have wonderful employees for assistance! We highly recommend Sebastian Quality Storage. They are prompt responding to your requests and also now under new management customer service is great. We have used them for the last 4 years and it has been great before and now.

Great aunt got a small storage here and we helped her move. Building was clean, office guy was friendly and helpful, and lots of cameras everywhere which I liked. It's next to an Eagles club which seems to be pretty busy with lots of people around too so it's not so quiet and creepy like some storage places.

Been renting a unit here for years ,very clean,great people to deal with ,Had a storage unit somewhere else before landing here and this place is the BEST ! Thank you for making my life easier 😊
