I am very pleased with this urgent care. Everyone from the front reception to the nurse to the doctor were kind and attentive. My 12 year old daughter was crying because she felt so bad and they brought her water and ibuprofen. The doctor had a positive bedside manner and so did the nurse. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

I have been here about half a dozen times. They see you as quickly as possible depending on how many people are waiting. The front desk people are courteous and efficient. The care I received was excellent.
My husband had ear infections,chest pain off and on . The doctor did a complete exam and sent him to the hospital wherehe had a heart cath that found he was 85 per cent blocked…. Saved him from having a heart atttack.
The Cleveland Clinic is staffed with caring people. We have been there at least 10 times. They are highly recommended.
