They have rescheduled my appointments twice, both times with last-minute notice the day before. This is very unprofessional and frustrating. There always seems to be an issue, whether it’s equipment problems or staffing changes, and it makes it difficult to rely on their services. I also didn’t find the staff to be particularly helpful. Insane turnover of employees - you'll never see the same practitioner twice - always have to explain your history, etc, to a new person each time.
The treatment itself was great. Appointment was scheduled for 10AM, was not taken back until 10:30 AM I was there because a crown had come loose the day prior. When I got there, mentioned I have a cold/allergies. I was unkindly asked to come back, but wad able to be seen after all. Even though I understand the concern about health, their receptionist had a worse cough than I did.
