Revolving door of dentists and you are a commodity. 1st experience: I was diagnosed with 8 cavities. Sounded weird since I rarely have one cavity’s They repaired 4. I went back to get the others repaired. The dentist that originally diagnosed me no longer worked there. The new dentist said no cavities. 2nd experience: I asked for a payment plan on a large bill. I received an invoice for $343 which included a fluoride treatment I did not receive on 10/8/25. I spoke with a very helpful employee named Kassadie who made adjustments to my account and said I would receive a revised statement showing an amount due of $114. I have received additional invoices for $343. I have called the office several times but I am still waiting for a return call from billing. I have been going to the practice since it opened and have seen a different dentist on every visit.

As a new Colorado resident, Katrina and Dr. Shriver left a fantastic first dentist visit impression. I came for a cleaning appointment and a fix on a permanent retainer I've had for almost a decade, and the they were able to provide care equal to the family dentistry I've been going to since I was a kid. Making an appointment was easy, check in was even easier. No notes! I'll be back in 6 months!
