Had some work done last year and there have been some recent staffing changes, and I have to say they're better for it. Marta has been extremely helpful in breaking down my dental work and billing, and has helped me apply for credit to have a couple root canals and crowns. Dentists and assistants are all very friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is welcoming and inviting.
Great experience at Lone Tree Dentists this week! Needed to get a complex root canal. Was nervous about the procedure and the potential for other issues related to the complexity. Doctor Nguyen and Doctor Shriver did exceptional work! I did not feel any pain during the procedure and they found creative ways to successfully work around the complexity. Very impressed by their work and dedication to their patients!
I had an appointment scheduled and was in the car driving to this appointment when the office called me 10 minutes before my appointment to tell me they had to cancel it because the doctor called in sick. I had scheduled this appointment in advance as it was the earliest time that worked with my schedule. I also had to adjust my morning to attend this appointment.
