Dr. Lesniak seemed fine--when I finally got to see him, after a more than 2-hour wait after my appointment time. I have been a patient of Matossian Eye Associates for more than 20 years. Dr. Matossian and other doctors I've seen there over the years have been excellent, with only one exception. But other aspects of the experience can be frustrating and distressing, including hours-long wait times with no reason or explanation, and occasionally an insensitive or seemingly incompetent staff member.
