Very POOR!!! I am unhappy with the management. I left 3 messages and they have been within a 3 week period and no call back! Nobody there seems to care about my satisfaction or happiness as a customer!! Very poor manager to not even return a customers calls!!! Your better going somewhere with people who care.
Best place to go in Sebastian! Very impressed with this gym. My wife and I go regularly and have found the management, trainers and visitors great! Everyone is very helpful and the TVs make working out a breeze. They offer child care. We hired a trainer and he helped us lose 25 pounds in just 3 weeks by following an easy diet and going to the gym. If you live in Sebastian, this is definitely the place to go.
Nice facility. Friedly staff I like this place when on a trial membership. The ambiance was great. The staff was knowledgeable and frienly and the facility equipment was top notch. However I did not join for 2 reasons. I found the $19.95 a month sign outside to be a bummer since it required 3 year commitment. That is a long time to make monthly payments. small gym needs to stay small Child care is great. But they have treated me shabbily. My 2-yr contract ended in Dec2010 but expected them to continue charging my credit card. Instead, I get a collection letter for Dec and Jan + late fee + manual billing fee. When I asked about it, the clerk asked me to explain why I got the letter and refused responsibility for it, saying she didn't do it, knows nothing about it and that they have 2000 members and can't be expected to keep track of everybody. My Day Was Good There Worked out during a February visit. Facilities were clean, equipment and free weights more than adequate, and the desk help was courteous and...well - helpful. +++++++++++++Other members were friendly and/or neutral per their own personalities. Good gym but crowded. It is a very good and clean enviroment but it is really cramped. There are a lot of machines just not a lot of room. Everyone is nice as well. The classes they offer are great!
I would know I was a employee at Sebastian Gym for 2 years, and after reading over the reviews I just have a few things to tell some people. I have been to many other gyms, and one thing I always noticed about Sebastian Gym was that it was never dirty. Other gyms I have seen I would not let my dog play in. An other thing that someone said was that the staff was not helpful or did not care. Horrible Horrible. The instructor showed up late for class. She then proceeds to insult me for my accent. The class was very boring. Music was extremely loud. When I complained repeatedly I was always told that the manager was not there. He would call. No phone call yet in 6 weeks. Do not go here! I have been to many gyms and never had this type of treatment.
Too Many members! Not Recommended! I joined for 3 years to take advantage of the $19.95 rate. This was a mistake. The gym is extremely crowded form 3pm to 9pm during the week. Saturdays are also crowded all day. There are many times when you just cannot use a particular piece of equipment which is quite frustrating.
