Hands down, FIVE STARS! We had Frontpoint for around 6 years and they went from fairly good customer service to nearly ZERO customer service. We couldn't get through to them. When we called they would ask us to leave a # and tell us they would get back to us. Frustrated, I called Sebastian and they made an appointment to come out and assess our needs.
