Alex Ninow damaged my condo, refused to return keys, left garbage under my sink when I terminated her contract. She was late for meetings and showings and refused showings because she was too busy and lost sales. If I had known that she had ADHD I would not have used her. She is also childish and vindictive. Do not use her. I wasted 3 months with her and is still cleaning the mess 2 months later. She also dresses like a longshore man.
Shannen Cooney is an amazing realtor! She sold my place within 1 month in this crazy tough buyers' market earlier this year. She went above and beyond for me to help me get my place sold. She provided me with insight into staging, marketing, upgrades, and a realtisitc pricing strategy. As well, she really listened to what I wanted. She is kind, honest, experienced and organized and works really hard for you! She really cares about her clients! Top stars!!!!!
Marshall Zalik is a terrible realtor/crook. He was very unresponsive and slow. We rented a place with him and it was dirty and unclean on move in date. We had to get carpet cleaners and move out cleaners to clean out the whole place. The walls had marks and tape which hadn't been cleaned up but was not noted in the move in walk through document. We were later charged for all of that while moving out and I'm sure that will continue with the next tenant.
