Been coming here for years. At least 2 - 3 times a year. You tend to meet quite a bit of people as the industry I am sure is a revolving door. BUT, that new manager at the desk, ROBERT. KEEP HIM AT ALL COSTS. Definitely upped the hospitality. Now let's get those AC's and hot tubs working please!
This hotel is located in the heart of Vail, close to the slopes, shops, and restaurants! Robert at the front desk was very helpful and a pleasure interacting with. Brad our concierge/valet is the best! He suggested lots of great restaurants and was always very helpful during our stay. We will stay here again when in Vail!
This place has lost its luster for the past 3 years my family and I have stayed here frequently but they ddo not longer care for their customers 2 weeks ago we were moved to rooms 4 different times because the A/c was not working instead the rooms were at 76/77…complained to Robert the manager gave us a discount and proceeded to tell us how sorry they were….well 2 weeks later i have rented 3 rooms and all of them are ovens oh and by the way just to get the maintenance up here was 35-40 minutes…for this price just go to the 4... read more
Celia took great care of me in the spa and made sure we had everything we need I highly recommend the Sebastian resort
