I had the pleasure of staying here with the Greystar group over the weekend, and WOW, what an experience! Hotel concierge was so helpful! I was stressed when my baby’s and my luggage didn’t arrive and he did everything he could to make my stay enjoyable. He also gave us a great tip to schedule a taxi for our flight home - rather than uber. The uber never showed (no drivers available) but we had a taxi ready and waiting!
I don't understand the low reviews! The hotel is beautiful and well maintained! The location can't be beat, walking distance to so much and close to the bus stop. We usually stay at the Four Seasons just across the street, but for the price, I would choose the Sebastian again. The pool area here is actually preferable, as the heated pool is actually warm!
