Great location and nice rooms
Nice staff. They work very hard to make sure the customer is satisfied.
Incredible resort right from the minute we arrived and Joe at valet took care of us. Felt like he was our personal concierge the entire stay. Perfect spot.
This place really let me down. For $60, the valet managed to create a door ding that hadn't been there before. I travel a lot, look at my other reviews. I've never had this experience with a valet before anywhere in the world. Moreover, I booked a plaza view and got a room with a window that looked directly into the building three feet away. The room was quiet only between 5 PM and 8 AM. Otherwise, there was hammering and clamor next door and around. Certainly not worth the very premium price.
