Al momento de realizar una solicitud de reclamo, la atención inicial fue buena, pero en cuanto comenzaron los problemas con Progressive por los mismos errores de la agencia, todo cambió. Van dos ocasiones que vengo al local en horario hábil y está cerrado, es una perdida de tiempo .
Worst customer service. I called them for a month to have my son removed from my insurance which the response was the system was down for a month and instead of a resolution (which their parent company offered), she told me that's life, when it comes to my money. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy.
