Dont hire this company to do your termite work. They offer NO GUARANTEE or WARRANTY on their visual inspections. Much to our dismay, active termites were found a short while after we closed on a home purchase and it was too late to negotiate a deal for treatment with the sellers. Now were stuck with the hefty bill of treating the house and the cost of repairing damage. Take your business elsewhere.
Excellent service – If you want a truly tust worthly company then this is the one for you. Very professional and did exactly what they said they would do. We had others come out and told us we had all kinds of problems and the Seays came out and walked thru the entire process with us and showed us everything that the other companies said were wrong when indeed they were not wrong. No wonder so many Realtors use the Seays for thier inspections. Great folks to work with. I highly recommend this company.
steer clear – This company inspected our prospective home and determined it was free of active termites prior to closing. Much to our dismay, barely one month after moving in & the inspection, we had termite larvae falling out of the walls. We were then told that the inspection is good only for the day of evaluation and there was no guarantee on their work thereafter. Steer clear from these less than competent twits. Your house will be in a pile of sawdust before they'll recognize you have a termite problem.
