I will NOT have exams at this center in the future. The wait is just ridiculously LONG. It makes no sense if all I want is a simple mammogram! The workers seem to not be the problem. It’s the FLOW. I can never blame the staff. It’s ALWAYS a manager issue.
Do not get in a hurry,ALWAYS slow and hours behind appointment time's, people put it off on others
The valet service at this building is AWFUL. My mom was asked to wait for her vehicle for a total of an entire hour. When she asked to receive her keys so she could just go get her car that was in clear sight, they told her she could not get them. If a building is to have valet service, the least they could do is be efficient, otherwise it just becomes redundant and unnecessary.
