I just moved into this building recently and I absolutely love it! All my neighbours are so sweet and the whole building is very quiet. The resident manager, Mohammad is a very friendly, hard working professional who makes sure all of the residents in his building are happy and all their needs are met. He is very patient and knows how to communicate effectively, I would give more stars if I could!
Great location! Quiet and close to everything you need. I walk to get groceries all the time, which is only a quick 15-min walk. There is also a scenic trail nearby which is awesome for when you need a reset. The apartment is great and the management team does a fantastic job at taking care of the property. Mohammad, the building manager, is easy to reach and is always ready to address any concerns. I have been a happy tenant and would recommend this building!
