Have rented a drywall lift from them a couple of times. Never had any issues with the equipment or people there. The second time I rented it, I actually got sick and didn't get it back in time. They just called and asked if I needed to rent it longer. No issues.
The lady is rude
Great experience. Rented an aerator for a few hours. Felt bad that I wasn't able to wash it when I was done because my kids ran over my hose with the lawn mower. But the older gentlemen that helped me load and unload the aerator didn't even mention it. They pressure washed it right when they got it off my trailer and were perfectly pleasant.
The 2 women that answer the phone here are for sure going to drive people away! They are rude, and when you call no name is given so when you call back not realizing who you had talked to they’re rude when they have no idea what you’re talking about. Do yourself a favor, and take my advice, and take your business to another rental company in town.
