If you’re reading a positive review about this company, it had to be planted by one of their friends. They sent two men and then three men for two weeks for a warranty issue with a Marine AC unit. They had me change the AC pump impeller which did nothing. It wasn’t until week two that they sent one of the technical guys who suggested blowing out the lines to the air handlers, which is basic refrigeration the unit is finally running, but I have an issue with one of their other units and they won’t warrantee it because I only ... read more

If you are a regular boat owner and know anything about your ac don’t call these people. They sent 2 people to do exactly what I had done before they arrived and sent a bill for $1100. One of their guys was on the phone with his wife for more than the time that they were at my boat and I still had to pay for his time. Eventually they reduced the bill for $417 for a misunderstanding on the amount of time that they spent over, but they did say that was a “discount”, when they didin’t even spend 1h10.
