BEWARE!! I’m not even sure where to start.. what a rip off. I purchased a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. We’ve had issues with the everything we’ve bought. In less than a year the washer broke down and bc I’m in GR they wanted to charge me $200 dollars in mileage fees to come look and then also the service fee. We remodeled our home and purchased our kitchen appliances (Kitchen Aid) & laundry (Speed Queen washer & dryer) from Seaway Appliance. They were absolutely wonderful to work with, accommodating with scheduling the delivery and installation too.
Seaway Appliance has absolutely earned my loyalty for life. After months of frustration, they were the only ones who truly knew what they were doing. I tried everything before calling them: a repairman who failed, a big-box store that sold me a dryer but wouldn’t hook it up because it was propane, multiple plumbers and even another appliance company who admitted they didn’t have the knowledge to handle converting a dryer and hooking it up to propane. I choose to shop locally for my appliances and have shopped at Seaway Appliance for the last 30 years. Today I had a chest freezer delivered. They called prior to their arrival to let me know they would arrive within 15 min. It was nice to have a timely delivery.
