Always friendly and helpful.
We bought a Maytag washer and dryer and loved them. The staff has always been very helpful and answered our questions if we had them. I'll always go to a local place that caters and supports the community, over a big box store. Their staff is knowledgeable and so friendly.
Yes...they may be pricier than the big box stores but the service is well worth it. Plus, one can check out their used and "scratch and dent" selection. 99 years and still going
It was almost like stepping back in time as my in-laws owned the appliance store in Fremont, Michigan and to walk into their facility or the one that was in Fremont of my in-laws were just virtually the same good people. Good attitudes and made a good sale
