Edited to add: its been more than a year and I still haven't heard back from them regarding repairs to my refrigerator. I have called and spoke to someone twice. Where do I start? The service or the products.... Products - purchased Washer and dryer set (was told they were top of the line), stove, refrigerator, microwave, range, and dishwasher.
