Sales staff was very helpful and the crew that delivered and installed our dishwasher were friendly and competent. The exact opposite of our recent appliance purchase at a big box store who sent installers that couldn't even speak english

We had a rough start.but From Jennifer the sales lady to the delivery drivers, installers. They were amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly, above and beyond. Will definitely go back. And tell friends and family.
As a woman with a LOT of questions before a big purchase, I must say, Tommy was my saving grace. That man spent more than an hour with me just to pick out a fridge. (I'd been to 2 other places already looking.) And either I genuinely didn't annoy him, or he's a great actor, but he was patient and kind. Above that, I didn't get a "salesman".
