Had a problem with our dual fuel range. Called Seaway and spoke with service manager Rick. He set up time for a convenient service call. Then asked me some questions and made a tentative diagnosis. He made sure that the necessary part was sent on the call. I turned out he was correct and James had our oven operating in less than an hour. Update: I appreciate Seaway listening to me and working with me to get my dishwasher running again. Thank you! My 3-year-old Maytag dishwasher had to be repaired last year after the warranty ended. The same problem happened this year and it needs to be repaired again but it's been a year and 2 months after the last repair so they won't cover anything. They charge $99 just to come look at it and then say it's probably the control panel and it will be $500 to replace it. I felt like they were pushing me to just buy a new dishw... read more
