The building on 3354 e 2nd st should just be demolished at this point because something new would come up every 3 months. My apartment flooded twice, I found mold three seperate times. Two of my walls were replaced because there was mold growing on them and that still didn't fix the problem. Then maggots started coming out from under the base baords in the kitchen and an exterminator couldn't find the source.
