Did a basement remodel. The planned work was laid out clearly in a contract and the price was reasonable. Their work was quick, efficient, and very well done. Each step was followed by an inspection (electrical and safety) and the SHI team was quick to remedy anything needed before moving to the next. The final result is gorgeous and feels like it was always there. I would 100% use them again.

We had a great experience working with Jordan and his team! We were on a tight timeline preparing our house to list, and while other handymen estimated at least three days for the job, Jordan’s team completed everything in just one day. Although their pricing was higher than the other quotes we received, it was absolutely worth it for the speed, quality, and overall experience. The only area for improvement would be communication. Jordan was great to work with. He came out on a Saturday to provide a quote, which was very convenient. Although the original quote changed slightly when we decided to only move forward with part of the work, his pricing was still better than others we received. He was able to start right away, and everything went smoothly. He even picked up and installed missing trim at no extra cost, which we really appreciated. Overall, we’re happy and would use him again.
