I purchased a used truck through Seaview yesterday. Im sure this dealership won't mind me letting everyone know that they aren't willing to negotiate the price on any of their used vehicles because the owner has already priced all used vehicles at the very lowest possible amount after taken into account the vehicles history, mileage etc., per the sales rep. Connor was informative and respectful, and was able to answer all our questions. He made the purchasing process easy, from test drive to signing. The rest of the staff was easy to work with too. I was allowed to take the (used) vehicle to my mechanic for diagnosis before purchasing, and that process was easy. My one complaint is that they will try to charge $1300 for anti-theft etching which is nonsense. Colbey helped me with my purchase he wasn’t pushy and answered almost all my questions. However i had to edit my review because GMC Lynnwood is a joke I would definitely NOT recommend this dealership . When i bought the car it wasn't cleaned or detailed. (Not a major deal breaker, they filled the tank to make up for the dirty car) The first day i had the car i notice the sunroof didn't work and the driver side mirror kept popping out and falling off. Do not go here for service. My (elderly) aunt took her car in because she had a problem with a sensor on her car. Just to diagnose it cost more than $200. Then they told her that all sensors needed to be replaced and quoted her $1200. When she pushed back, the person on the phone said, “Let me talk to my manager about reducing the price.” ???? So the first step is to overcharge and then ask for a “deal”? For a SERVICE? She ended up taking her car to Les Schwab and getting the original problem sensor replaced for $85. Les Sch... read more
