Went in for a Factory recal, and one more simple programming, Didn't like their "hidden shop fees" an extra $35-$40 bucks that was never spoken about in the initial quote. Lame. Won't go back unless I have no other choice
We were looking for a new vehicle for My wife when we arrived at Seaview. A very energetic young man meet us in the parking lot to help us. We had been to two other dealers that day and had to go find a salesman Donovan was extremely helpful I he showed us what we asked for and did not try to sell us on anything we did not want. we finally ended up purchasing a more expensive vehicle than we originally planned but that was our decision we felt great not being pushed. We just stopped by hoping to take a look at some SUVs and when we walked in nobody greeted us. Stood there for about 5 mins and still hadn’t even been acknowledged so we left and decided to drive to Bellevue instead for better customer service.
I came in to inquire about a 2020 Mercedes C300 and worked with Josh. Throughout the phone call, test drive, and purchase he was very polite and friendly. Jay their underwriter was also very easygoing and a pleasure to work with. Great experience and I highly recommend them!
