The doctors here are excellent, very good with kids. However, the office staff needs improvement. Management should take a better look at who they have staffed here and replace their procedures and upgrade customer service as it is seriously lacking here. My experience at this office was so awful I’m still considering changing providers after 5 years of being a loyal customer.

I would give this place a negative score if I can.
We needed to update our child vaccine schedule due to travel, COVID and life event. The doctor agreed but the supervisor didn't. So apparently this supervisor wants us to go back in time. Our kid missed many days of school because of that. So they decided to work on their best interest not in my daughter's (the patient) by demanding that the vaccines are done by their doctor, who she is not comfortable with and have already traumatized her once.
