We are very happy with Seaview Pediatrics so far, and we really appreciate Dr. Gaitan and nurse Jodie. All the team members we've met there have been great. Dr. Gaitan is thorough while being very approachable and engaging. He answers all our first-time-parent types of questions patiently and kindly while also checking in with us on things. We learned they strictly stick to the recommended vaccination schedule and that just makes us like them more because we believe in science. The doctors here are excellent, very good with kids. However, the office staff needs improvement. Management should take a better look at who they have staffed here and replace their procedures and upgrade customer service as it is seriously lacking here. My experience at this office was so awful I’m still considering changing providers after 5 years of being a loyal customer.
