I ordered online and received healthy plants as described by the website. They were shipped to Montana during a very cold period and arrived unfrozen with the heat pack as ordered. It's understandable why shipping costs are a little high; the plants are packed very carefully to avoid damage during shipping. I'm very happy with my order and am looking forward to blooms!

I have ordered from this place several times. will order from them again. plant look so healthy, in spike and they had them packed so good. can't wait till buds open. I have always got my order before I was suppose to. Thank you

They will NOT ship in the winter unless you pay an optional $4 fee advertised as "winter insurance". I learned this 6 weeks after ordering when they emailed me asking for my credit card information to pay the $4 fee. Disappointed that they did not communicate clearly upfront or work faster to solve the issue.

Ordered three orchids, all had fungal issues. One orchid had been transplanted into a 4 inch pot when it belonged in a 2 inch pot. It barely had a root system. Do not recommend.
