Sham of a company with disgraceful business practices. I booked for my clients who were a girls sports team visiting for a tournament, young teen girls & chaperones in need of lodging. I communicated with Lynn through many text & emails after advising I was a travel advisor on first contact who had found their website, called several times leaving messages with no call back. I had a wonderful day with Seattle vacation home. This was my first trip to the area looking at schools for our kids. We had a wonderful apartment in Madison Valley, close to restaurants and cafés which we loved walking to. The apartment was spacious and clean And quiet. Communication was quick, quick and accurate, All things that I definitely look for in a rental. Highly recommend and looking forward to returning!

I would not recommend booking with Seattle Vacation Home, either directly or through external sites like Expedia. At best, it is a poorly run business, but I can't shake the feeling that we were scammed. We booked a very nice rental property for a larger family gathering. We put a lot of time into researching size, quality, location. At around 9:30 PM the NIGHT BEFORE our trip, we received an email from Andy that or vacation rental had been taken off the market by the owners and that our reservation was going to be cancelled... read more

I would not recommend renting from Seattle Vacation Home under any circumstances. We booked a home called The Autobahn through Expedia for our family, based on its layout, features, and photos. Just before our trip, the property management company told us the home was suddenly unavailable due to “maintenance issues” and moved us to a different house without our consent.
