I went in for a regular check up recently and everyone at the Health Center treated me with nothing but patience, respect, and honesty. Especially Elizabeth/Elsa Negash and the medical assistant who helped me were exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns were addressed.

Very disappointing experience at the Seattle University Health Center, especially with front desk staff member Taylor Thornton. I checked in at 3:05 PM for a 3:15 PM appointment and was ready to be seen. After a brief delay completing the required form, I submitted it at 3:18 PM. Despite being only three minutes past my scheduled time, I was told I had missed the appointment and would be charged a $30 fee. I’ve been very impressed with the Student Health center. The nurse I often see is very well educated and listens to me as a patient. They are always professional and courteous.

I’ve been in there multiple times for different reasons, and each time they’ve treated me well. In the instances where they were unable to treat me due to being fully booked, they referred me to other services. The nurses here are really patient and answer all of my questions. The only problem I encounter with them is that they are often booked out and I had to schedule for a day or two later, and it’s a pain to have to wait when you’re already not feeling well.

Girlfriend went in to check something. The nurse practitioner said "hmm, well let's see what we can find online," proceeded to google for the issue then said "try taking ibuprofen, it says that should help" Do not waste your time with this. Literally any other urgent care in Seattle is better than the Seattle U Health Center.
