The service itself was good. They charged us an initial deposit before the surgery, and after the insurance processed it, we realized tat we overpaid over $1000. The account resolutions department has not refunded the money yet, and refuses to explain what is going on. The billing service is terrible.
Dr was great, nurses even decent…however I have had multiple procedures done here and it is NOT my first choice at all. Most recently I went for a procedure that the nurses had called for anesthesia to come place my IV and they were either ignored or when someone came 2hrs later they gave me 8min did NOT bring the ultrasound machine…I’ve not been contacted or issued a refund for services I paid for but did NOT receive. So many people have written about their fantastic Doctors/Surgeons in these reviews. Well, I will too! Dr Matsen Ko was amazing every step of the way with my knee replacement, I would recommend her to anyone and everyone with 100% conviction. They forced me to cancel surgery twice now this year due to their incompetence. First time was their billing department, they nearly charged me thousands of dollars for partially covered surgery. After rescheduling, the insurance issue was no longer a problem. 2nd time was with their anesthesiologist. They cancelled on me in less than a day due to a medication issue that I brought up 2 months in advanced and was told it wasn't an issue. They are highly incompetent
