Worst Customer Service/Service Ever – I usually don't have enough time to write a complaint, but I have continuously had THEE worst costumer service at the Bothell location on Thrashers Corner. THE WORST!!!!! Amazing Customer Service! – I have been tanning at Seattle Sun Tan for years and I have definitely have seen an amazing improvement in the staff. The girls are amazing and knowledgeable, a little pushy at times, but it's apart of their job. I have never had such a homely atmosphere at a shop before Seattle Sun Tan, they try to get to know their staff because they know the importance of good customer service. Overpriced and horrible customer service. – I had been going to Seattle Sun Tan for a couple months and realized how terribly overpriced they were after buying my second $200 package. They make it seem like it's a great deal except in reality you pay $200 for 20 or so tans in a level 5 bed, so if you go tanning for one month your going to pay $200 plus the membership fee!! TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES' – I went in on Sunday for the first time. the girl didnt even I.D me and worst of all, put me in the wrong bed! of course i wasn't told this till later. after I had already paid the insane amount of $30 for a single tan in a level 4, she told me i could of went MON-FRI after 8pm for $8..then after i was leaving she told me i could of tanned free for a week, because Im new.
