This company has the worst customer service I've ever encountered! I ordered a kayak cable lock, and it arrived without the two keys (!) I've left 3 voicemails and emailed at least 2 or 3 times, and no one will answer me. Will not buy their products again.

Recently got the Titan Pannier XL for my Lectric XP 3.0 e-bike, and it works great for carrying my backpack and keeping things dry when commuting. Needed to sit it pretty far back to keep from hitting my feet while pedaling, but the smallest of the included clips fit the rear rack perfectly to keep things secure. Thanks!
I purchased a mesh bag from Seattle Sports. The bag was perfect for kayaking and of good value. Unfortunately, the zipper lever came off. I contacted customer service and they were very responsive to my concerns and took care of the problem. I would highly recommend doing business with this company and buying their products.
