Seattle Rental Management has been my property manager for a number of years. I have a condo that rents through them, located in a building that is on Seattle's Historic Registry. Let's just say there are a number of obstacles for them to navigate in regard to leasing my unit. They have been responsive, helpful and prompt with every issue, every need, every challenge. Special shout out to Tiffany, the agent in charge of my account. She is the best of the best. Absolute dignity and grace. Highest of recommends.
Seattle Rental Management is the property manager for our Seattle house. They clearly walked us through the process, made onboarding very easy, and have cleanly handled everything since from finding tenants to periodic maintenance. All at a reasonable fee structure. Highly recommended.
