I used this property management company for about 7 months and they weren't able to find a tenant for my condo. I ended up finding my current tenant myself. What was most frustrating was that I told the tenant to contact them directly to get the process started, and they never got back to him. That was the point where I realized why things weren't moving. I also felt the rental price they initially recommended was too high.
