It was not perfect location , walking distance to the supermarket , stores but my parents getting old was time to move them to a lower level house but beside that I don’t have complains
As far as rental agencies go, this one isn’t bad. They’ve gone out of their way to help with an issue we were having with utilities billing and have always responded promptly to any work order we’ve put in. They send people for yearly inspections and sometimes a contractor if something bigger needs to be done but other than that we really don’t hear from them. One last thing, the maintenance guy they send out is awesome!
I love them . Been renting 3 years strong so far.
They take care of home maintenance and repairs. They take all the stress out of rental issues.
