I made an appointment with Seattle Rental Inspection Services to inspect my rental property as required by the City of Seattle. I was able to set up the appointment easily online. Keith Busch, the inspector, was great to work with, met me at the property right on time, and worked with us to get a couple of items completed and submitted by my deadline with the City of Seattle. I highly recommend him for your inspection requirements!
Keith is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, detail oriented. Keith gave me all the information I needed to make the few changes I needed to make to be compliant with the City of Seattle's RRIO. He gave me suggestions on how to make the improvements that were cost effective for me as a landlord.
I got help from Keith on a RRIO inpseciton. Keith is super helpful and professional on scheduling, inspecting, sharing result, report filing and everything else. High recommended!
