When I called to make my appointment, the said they didn't have a referral from my PCP. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, they finally found the referral and I made an appointment. On the day of the appointment, they called to say the machine wasn't working and I rescheduled. They told me that if the machine wasn't up and running, they would give me a call.
