Best transfer station I’ve been at. Nice modern buildings with a good transit flow and pleasant people. Oh, and because they have misters, it doesn’t hit you with the foul smell
I came here today with my boyfriend to drop off a mattress that we’ve been needing to get rid of. We’ve been putting off this chore for about 5 months in fear of it being a whole debacle but oh my god this place made it SO easy, quick, and painless! Every single employee we met was kind and seemed like they truly enjoyed helping people. The gentleman who ushered us into the dump itself even gave us some funny transfer station related comedy! I've been to probably every dump in the state and this is my favorite one. Friendly staff pretty quick turnaround.
Get in, dump trash, get out. Very simple. The guys working the building are very helpful and clear about where to park and what to do. The other day, I met a guy who was carefully shunting all recycling to a pile in region J bcz the recycling part was closed, so I was able to offload my recycling without having to wait for the open day
