Matt helped us out in a pinch and was able to give us a last-minute house inspection! Matt is thorough, professional, and very personable. He answered all of our questions with detailed explanation. I highly recommend him!

If you're looking for a Home Inspector Matt Kearney with Seattle Property Inspection LLC is the guy! Matt does a great job of being thorough and honest in his line of work. I've had the pleasure of having Matt inspect a couple of homes and in that span I have learned so much. He is excellent at communicating, and giving you detailed reports/advice. Matt was very thorough, did a great job explaining everything, and was true pleasure to work with.
Matt was fantastic. I needed a day of inspection of a townhome, and he was able to make it happen, and also didn’t make it seem rushed. We did a step by step review of the property, and he pointed out exactly what he was looking for in each area, from the roof to the deck to the heating/plumbing.
