Let me tell you how my experiences goes. This place is amazing. The Doctors and the stuffs they are doing awesome job. They're friendly very well explained, very gentle through the whole process. I had always scare and nervous when it come to visit dentist 😬. After my experience with them i wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you SEATTLE ORAL CARE!
Their office staff are so lovely and kind. We had a bit of miscommunication with my insurance and I was left with an unexpected and large bill. I spoke to Tavi and she was very understanding and agreed to comp the bill due to miscommunication on their part. Over all my experience here was positive, and I would absolutely recommend them to others- just triple check they are actually in network with insurance!
Dr. Jere, the prosthodontist is pleasant enough to deal with. Dr. Amini, the surgeon is a highly unprofessional misogynist. My elderly mother is in need of dental implants due to autoimmune issues. We worked with Dr. Jere to get her teeth extracted, temporary dentures, and a detailed plan for implants that we were ready to proceed with. After nine months and thousands of dollars of care, Dr. Amini showed up with a completely different diagnosis and plan from what Dr. Jere had prepared. Started going here a year ago and it’s a very nice dentist office. Everyone is very sweet and helpful. I love the Dentist Assistant named Neha she is very gentle and kind!
