We booked the 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Elegant Metropolitan Oasis in Seattle. This condo is a centrally located spot to visit the local national parks and surrounding areas. This is a great location for that. However, we arrived late in the evening and upon arrival, everything looked great. We grabbed a bite to eat and when we got back, we noticed how dirty the accommodations were. I have been dealing with them for several months trying to resolve a 2020 booking that carried over due to covid. Phone does not pick up, messages not returned, and emails go unanswered. If still a viable business it is the poorest service I have ever received. Lost money.
We have had a reservation booked with them for the 4th of July weekend for at least 6 months. Today, 2 days before check in, they cancel our reservation. Looking at a recent review this is not the first time they’ve canceled last minute. No response other than the same basic message that another reviewer received with their last minute cancellation. Do not book with them if you actually want to be able to stay someplace. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
