If only zero stars were an option. We purchased outdoor light fixtures through this place and never received them. Almost 2 months later and our bank is still in dispute with them over the fraudulent service. Seriously, do yourself a favor and keep your money far away from here.
If I could give them <0 stars I would! TERRIBLE business and communications practices. Placed order on Dec 31, 2016. Thank goodness we paid through PayPal because that was the only communication we received -- confirmation of charge for the items ordered. This company outsources its work to the manufacturer, whose communications are just as nonexistent. This place is a complete joke and if I could give them 0 stars I would. First off their customer service is a complete joke! They talk about on their site how they get back to you in minutes not days...WRONG!!! I had to email them 4 times before getting an answer a day and a half later. I ordered a mirror for my bathroom. have not received my refund. SCAM!
Not happy with Seattle Luxe. Ordered custom mailbox. They Charged my credit card. Supposed to receive shipment in 4 weeks. It's now 6 weeks and no product. I've emailed twice but no replies. I'm very frustrated that they take my money and never ship my order. What a scam! Does anyone have info for mailbox supplier? Maybe I can go to them direct. I just want what I ordered and already paid for! Any other suggestions?
Zero stars! I am going thru the exact same experience others have gone through. Ordered a mailbox on July 3, 2014, and they kept pushing back the ship date (last date was 3/15/15) until they finally said they will not be able to get the mailbox, but they have never refunded my money. You can still order the mailbox on their website and they have no intention of fulfilling the order! I'm going to file a claim with the Indiana State's Attorney's office.
