I didn't think Seattle line could save us any money on our telecom or data expenses because we were still in the middle of a contract with TPx. However a trusted consultant strongly suggested we let Nathan and his team at Seattle Line take a free look at our bills. Never answers their phones or returns calls. Finally got a hold of someone after a week of this and then he never showed up to his appointment! We are now having to switch phone lines altogether because we couldn't get anyone to help troubleshoot! Terrible company with even worse customer service, do not recommend using!
