Very pleased. Spent a lot of time with us on picking out a toilet bidet. Jared was great. Gave us a good price and then a great recommendation on the installation - which was also fair. I highly recommend them.

What a great showroom! Great gallery of luxury plumbing and door hardware, a true gem! Jared is our guy, and he is not just a sales person, he is the biggest library of knowledge, and the best advisor we could ever ask for. There is no pressure to buy, just a genuine good customer service, someone you want in your corner when making important decision on buying these gorgeous and functional pieces for your home.
Check the return policy before you buy. We bought a faucet that didn't end up fitting and found out there's a 30% restocking fee plus the cost of the store shipping it back to the vendor. This was not disclosed to us on purchase and is not stated on their website. We're going somewhere else for a replacement.
