Jessica is an excellent therapist. I decided to finally try counseling after so many hurdles I just could not cross myself. I am so grateful to have Jessica guide me through my anxiety and past trauma, to a place where I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Jessica has a keen awareness of how we suffer and how we grow from that suffering. She is highly attuned to the emotions of others. She brings with her a wealth of clincial and personal knowledge that make her accessible and trusted. She creates the environment required to tap into vulnerability and nurture healing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. She has enriched my professional work and I am lucky to have her as a colleague.
