Communication was absolutely awful. I got a referral for this company from a neighbor who is a property manager. When contacted, Seattle Family Cleaning: 1. Did not communicate their process or requirements 2. Were slow to respond to all questions 3. Rarely picked up their phone 4. Cleaner arrived 45 minutes late the first day 5. We needed some areas of our apartment deep cleaned after our move-in. The cleaners themselves did a pretty good job on our oven and bathroom and were very pleasant, but when we needed less service than initially discussed for our deep clean, the price was not fairly adjusted and Jamie was a bit rude and combative about this. I did challenge her on it, and details were clearly fabricated (she claimed the cleaners said they swept and mopped our bedrooms - but our bedrooms are carpeted). I wouldn’t recommend this service.
