We needed some areas of our apartment deep cleaned after our move-in. The cleaners themselves did a pretty good job on our oven and bathroom and were very pleasant, but when we needed less service than initially discussed for our deep clean, the price was not fairly adjusted and Jamie was a bit rude and combative about this. I did challenge her on it, and details were clearly fabricated (she claimed the cleaners said they swept and mopped our bedrooms - but our bedrooms are carpeted). I wouldn’t recommend this service.

There were no unforeseen costs or surprises, and the price seemed quite reasonable considering the caliber of their work.
