The guys always pull through for me -- no matter how much grief I give them! Five years and counting.
Service is fast and friendly. Went there for a rear tire, and left with absolute confidence. Highly recommend. Also met a co-worker, there who just had a major service done to her bike. Nice folks. Will go back for front tire soon.
Always trying to help
A few days ago I lost one of four little 10-cent screws that holds the face plate on my helmet. I called and Seattle Cycle Center Inc. said they would give me one. It's a bit of a hike so I sent a letter, a return envelope and a $5 bill asking if they'd mind dropping one in the mail for me. A few days later, my envelope, a handful of screws, AND my $5 bill came back to me along with a personal note. I love that there are people like that out there.
