The clinicians I saw were good, but they removed me as a client while I was in crisis because "it had been too long since I had come in for an appointment." The problem with that is that I DID go in for an appointment, and I was stood up because the psychiatrist had been double booked. They let me reschedule two weeks later, but when I was on my way to the new appointment I got a call telling me that they dropped me as a client. I really, really needed to see my psychiatrist. I was told my income bypasses their requirements and therefore they would not accept my insurance. I can only be a client if I pay completely out of pocket. This makes no sense and was a waste of time.
RecommendedBest counseling for LGBTQ for many years. Great confidentiality and trained staff. I used to work there and proud of it !
I've been there before and I'm happy to go back now. They're friendly, helpful and family. Hard to beat that!
