There was a confusion with my OB clinic and Seattle Children. As any patient I was seeking answers and better explanation. I’m not blaming this all on Kerry Lorenzo. But throughout our conversations, I felt unheard she kept talking over me. In two separate phone calls before making appointment. She made me feel dumb. This clinic has been amazing, it was our first time going there and I really feel all the staff went above and beyond for us! All of my questions were answered quickly, they genuinely cared about any concern I had and made sure my son was comfortable and cared for. I am very appreciative of the Seattle Children’s Tri-cities clinic !
I don't mind the long drive to get there, it's fairly easy to navigate the roads, the facility is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Well so far I've had a good experience with them with my son. I've been through Seattle children's hospital back in 2006 with my oldest son so I had a good experience with them from the beginning. This is the second time I come to the Tri-Cities clinic and so far they've gave me a great experience. We'll update later on if it changes
BE WARNED. Seattle Children's was more interested in trying to take our children from us than diagnosing the medical issue. We had to go to a real doctor to finally get a diagnosis. Never ever going anywhere near this place again. Good luck!
