I don't mind the long drive to get there, it's fairly easy to navigate the roads, the facility is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Well so far I've had a good experience with them with my son. I've been through Seattle children's hospital back in 2006 with my oldest son so I had a good experience with them from the beginning. This is the second time I come to the Tri-Cities clinic and so far they've gave me a great experience. We'll update later on if it changes
BE WARNED. Seattle Children's was more interested in trying to take our children from us than diagnosing the medical issue. We had to go to a real doctor to finally get a diagnosis. Never ever going anywhere near this place again. Good luck!
