Will NOT be back here. It’s very late. They are not busy and although they let me walk my son out to my husband and let me come back in to be with my best friend and her 18 month old daughter, they keep using HUGE words and are trying many different things and it’s almost as if they are trying to upset her. She just needed a breathing treatment to make her comfortable so she could sleep and go to her dr in the morning. NOT HAPPY AND WILL NOT BE BACK!
All staff there are so welcoming. The front desk lady is so sweet and the nurses are so calm and collected. They handled my 19 month old very well. I will continue to go to this location. Highly recommended!
My son had a blood draw there and I was impressed with the speed and compassion the phlebotomist showed my anxious kiddo.

Everyone here is BEYOND wonderful!!! They explained everything to my daughter so she could understand and didn't treat her as if she wasn't there or if she was just a medical guinea pig. If you're in the south end and you need your child to be seen at Children's these are the guys you want to take your babies too!!!!
What a beautiful hospital for the children. They really focus on the kids.
