I happily give my nicer collectibles to Children’s, knowing the money goes to help kids. The Shoreline and Redmond stores are clean and organized. The volunteer staff is always nice and thankful for the donation.
I have been shopping at this particular location for many years. it has a near perfect balance of clothing, antiques, and housewares. And their special seasonal sales are a lot of fun. Over the years I have donated almost as much as I have purchased. The staff are wonderful and I highly recommend it. And the proceeds benefit children's health and services - just one more great reason to check it out!
I accidentally stumbled upon this place around a year ago. Backstory: I've always had a difficult time with thrift shopping, with endless anything and everything in some rolling sprawl. I suppose in a lot of ways, digging and rooting through items felt very overwhelming and my experiences of trying soured over time.
