Fantastic staff and doctors. So grateful for them!
The appointment was at 8. When we came in as suggested 10 minutes prior to appt, there was no reception. It is aleeady 8:10 and the reception is not here yet. We have encountered different organizational issues at other times too.

This place is extremely intentional, diligent, and genuine. this goes for everyone on the team. It rarely goes a business day without a message through mychart being unanswered, even if its a pretty difficult question that might take a few steps. Thank you for making my experience with my health and diabetes in particular so smooth and assuage.
