Despite receiving great care by the doctors and nurses and scheduling staff, this facility charges the sneaky "hospital facility fees" even though it is a clinic as it says in their name. This forced us to pay over $100 in extra out-of-pocket costs compared with the appropriate practice of being charged as a clinic visit which would have not required to pay deductible first.
It's was easy to get in and the doctor/nurses are nice and they answer all my questions. The rooms are comfortable and parking was easy.

The appointment was at 8. When we came in as suggested 10 minutes prior to appt, there was no reception. It is aleeady 8:10 and the reception is not here yet. We have encountered different organizational issues at other times too.
