Most unqualified group of pharmacists I have ever come across, they take GREAT joy in making the parents of cancer kids experience 10x more stress than anywhere else. I cannot wait to go back to our original hospital to deal with the pharmacy there. I’d 100% rather get these medications from a Safeway then Seattle Children’s Forest Outpatient pharmacies rude and smug pharmacists and their cheap materials.
They let people cut the queue. Super bad experience.
I was so grateful last night and ready to give a five star review. I want to be clear this is not a one star for everyone just for this phone call I had an hour ago. For context, after I got discharged from my surgery for the PM pharmacy crew tried to help me get set up with pain meds that they ran out of so I could get through the night. I even was told and given their direct line to call if I had any issues with getting through prescription they are sending out of the hospital to another one so I could have it. They refused to provide me with prescribed medicine and asked to scan QR code and complete online registration assuming that everyone has smartphone.
very nice workers, and most supportive pharmacy ive went to. fast and easy.
