My son started seeing Dr. Ming a couple months ago for a subtle and complex issue, she spent an hour with us for his first visit, did an incredibly thorough exam, and also addressed all her questions to my 9 year old, and it was clear the visit was between the two of them with me there to fill in as needed. Accident on freeway made us late I called ahead and was told if we got there befor 8:20 they would still see my son. Got to security check in at 8:15, even called and let them know I was at security. Then get down elevator and we are told sorry cant see you but we have a 1pm (5 HOUR WAIT) and we live 2.5 hours away so we either had to wait 5 hours or we had to wait months for another appointment. Currently looking for a different Nero Dr.
My son suddenly began having seizures on July 3rd of last year around 11 a.m. That day, we had to take him to the emergency room, and he was later transferred to Seattle Children’s Hospital. At around 2 p.m., he had another seizure and was diagnosed with epilepsy. I saw Dr. Miles Mcintoch and Dr. Niranjana Natarajan.
