Excellent care overall. Cafeteria is good if expensive and balanced out by free parking. Inpatient rooms generally have enough bedside space for 2 caregivers if not in PICU. Outpatient appointment check in process is very efficient and we rarely wait long for rooming. Providers are generally on time. Lots of support for families for resources, referrals, etc. Social work and child life departments are amazing at cutting the bs and making sure the right thing is done for the patient and family.

Our daughter was transferred here from our town hospital (3 hours away). The staff here in Forest B Floor 8 are tremendously welcoming, sweet, understanding, helpful, caring, gentle and just awesome. The surgical team, anesthesia team, pre op team, post op team are wonderful, kind, gentle and caring. The whole hospital is clean! Staff from other areas of the hospital seem welcoming and kind. This is our first time here and experiencing what we are, the staff are amazing!! Nothing but good to say.
The parking was a little confusing but the people were nice and helpful.
