Had regular appointments and was just told to take more laxatives every month. Eventually I was diagnosed with celiac disease which should be an easy diagnosis based on all my symptoms. Nothing easy about going here and not getting anywhere except “take more laxatives” and “put you’re feet up” per Linda,Nurse practitioner in Lacey. Terrible experience and transferred out not fast enough.
They do not have any flexibility for appointments at all I live far away and my daughter has to have appointments every two months but they always give me no choice but to have my appointments very early morning it’s almost impossible to make it to my appointments when they are that early I have three other kids I schedule my appointments way ahead of time I do not see why I can’t get later appointments
The length of time to get a appointment is horrible.
Front desk scheduling is a true representation of the whole organization. Staff is incredibly rude & EXTREMELY short tempered with ANY question you may have about your child. Very unorganized. What they promote of being kind or compassionate to the sicknesses/conditions of kids is nothing more than a JOKE.
My son met with Dr. Sawangpont Pattamanuch today at seattle childrens gastroenterology. She was so warm, knowledgeable, and kind. She helped up come up with a great plan for his care and we felt all our concerns were addressed. The scheduling can be far out when you are a new patient but by calling in the morning between 8-8:30am I was able to secure a cancellation and get my son in earlier. Everyone was so kind there! So thankful for them
