I seem to be hurting myself a lot this year. Thank God for this facility. Quick and efficient, wonderful staff, caring doctors. I travel from the Bronx for their excellent service. I am grateful they are there.
We have taken our daughter to the urgent care locations in Everett and Seattle. I’m consistently impressed with the level of empathy and care we have been provided. We have seen MDs and NPs and all have been thorough, caring, and truly helpful. Our healthcare system is entirely broken and I don’t know what the solution is, but I will say there is no other place I’m willing to bring my children for medical care.
Quite the horrible experience. We booked an appointment for our toddler via telephone which was fairly easy. There was only a spot at 9.10pm available. Unfortunately, we took the wrong entrance which extended our stay critically. In total we had to wait an extra 50 minutes! Mind you our toddler had a high fever over 40 degrees Celsius.
